Similarity conditions and modelling of the mixing of liquid metals by a traveling magnetic field

Abstract
The article describes similarity criteria for magnetohydrodynamic phenomena, which may be obtained by the direct application of the π-theorem of dimensional analysis. It presents systems of similarity criteria which are valid for modelling the mixing of liquid metals by a traveling magnetic field.
