The auto-oscillations of MHD flows in an annular pipe in a longitudinal magnetic field

Abstract
The branching and stability of auto-oscillations of a poorly conducting fluid in a pipe of annular cross-section in a longitudinal magnetic field have been studied. We also cansider the fixed pressure gradient problems and the constant flowrate problems. The stability domains of both 2D and 3D auto-oscillations have been determined. The existence af a Hartmann number interval in which there arise auto-oscillations with an average rotation has been established. Figs 2; refs 10.
