Abstract
The experimental results of the liquid metal velocity distribution enforced by combination of rotating and traveling magnetic fields in cylindrical mould with free surface are presented. Obtained results are compared with calculations of the mathematical MHD-stirrer model. Figs 7, Refs 7.
