Abstract
The current paper contributes to the study of the characteristics of heat/mass transfer in the melt in a cylindrical vessel under the influence of previously not considered superpositions of pulsating and steady, pulsating and rotating electromagnetic fields. The obtained results testify to a possibility to significantly expand the range for controlling the heat/mass transfer characteristics under such combined influence. Figs 7, Refs 8.
