A simplified model of the centrifugal electromagnetic induction pump (CEMIP) with rotating permanent magnets

Abstract
In this paper, authors discuss main physical phenomena and present a simplified axisymmetric analytical model of the centrifugal electromagnetic induction pump (CEMIP). The obtained results are slightly modified for a non-axisymmetric case and compared with experimental data. In the end, a comparison with the linear electromagnetic induction pump (LEMIP) is made. Possible advantages and optimization of the CEMIP are analyzed. Tables 2, Figs 11, Refs 7.
